Yes, we are still open for business!
Australia has increased its restrictions on travel, business and gatherings of people. As a service company, we are still open for business as usual.
This may change in the future depending on circumstances, however, we are doing everything possible to keep operating and continue to provide FAST 24/7 Plumbing Services.
- We are using best practice hand hygiene and washing/sanitising before and after every job.
- We are screening clients upon booking jobs for any factors that may indicate possibility of infection.
- We are ensuring that our staff are being screened as well.
- iPads used for signing/accepting our flat rate pricing are sterilised prior to use and handling of payments (cash/cards/cheques) minimised.
- We are temporarily adopting a “no hand-shake policy”.
All this is being done to help prevent spread of the virus and keep our clients and staff from becoming infected.
What you can do!
Let us know when booking and upon arrival of our servicemen if you have any of the following symptoms:
- Sore throat
- Shortness of Breath
Let us know if you or someone you have come into contact with has returned from overseas in the past 14 days.
Please advise us if you have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with Coronavirus.
If neither party is showing any symptoms, our staff may still ask that you keep a distance whilst they carry out required tasks, to avoid any potential cross-contamination from either party.
While some of these precautionary measures may seem inconvenient, they are being taken out of an abundance of caution to keep everyone safe from the current Coronavirus pandemic. It is presently unclear how long these procedures will remain in place, but we will continue to communicate regularly as the situation evolves.
We also thank you for understanding that there may be delays, or we may not be able to attend previously scheduled appointments should our staff be affected during this rapidly evolving situation.
